Legalized cannabis will be a reality in numerous additional states, and perhaps federally, by the end of 2019.  Attendees of the webinar will come away with a full understanding of the current adult use and medicinal cannabis commercial markets, the primary risks and exposures, claim trends, development of the cannabis insurance market and predictions for 2019. The chair of Wilson Elser's national cannabis law practice, Ian Stewart, will lead an interactive session on the legal implications of the use of marijuana to ensure attendees have the most comprehensive understanding of how the medical malpractice environment is changing.
