Joel Gibson, Executive Vice President, Automotive Business Development, Swift Navigation 
 
 

Joel Gibson, Executive Vice President of Automotive Business Development, heads Swift’s Detroit Michigan office and is responsible for automotive strategy, enabling automated driving, precision navigation, and other safety and ADAS applications. Previously, he served a long tenure with Magna Electronics, a company that provides innovative electronic systems to the automotive industry. Over the course of 15 years with Magna, Joel fulfilled many roles in both Germany and Michigan and began a camera product line that grew to be the largest automotive camera Tier-1 supplier worldwide. He holds a bachelor’s degree in systems engineering from Oakland University.


Matthieu Worm, Program Lead Autonomous Driving, Siemens PLM 
 
 

Matthieu Worm joined the Simulation and Test Solutions group of Siemens PLM in 2016 to drive the program for the ADAS and autonomous driving domain. Before working at Siemens, he was Engineering Manager at Moog, developing high-end driving simulators and automotive test equipment. Matthieu started his working career at Toyota Motor Europe as Vehicle Safety Engineer. He earned master’s degrees in industrial design engineering at Delft University of Technology and in business administration at Antwerp Management School.
Aravind Ratnam, VP of Product Management, AEye

Aravind Ratnam leads product management at AEye, where he is responsible for product strategy, requirements, roadmap, content, and specifications. A former management consultant, Aravind has a deep understanding of business models and broad exposure to various markets, including semiconductor, industrial/robotics, and aerospace/defense. Prior to AEye, he led product management at the Connected Vehicle Solutions business unit of Wind River. He also led corporate strategy at Wind River, garnering recognition for his crisp points of view and tight business model framing in autonomous driving, cybersecurity, edge analytics, and related areas. Aravind holds advanced graduate degrees in space science from Florida Tech, as well as in management and engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
