Neil Hammond is a partner of GoldSpring Consulting with more than 15 years of experience in the travel industry as a buyer and consultant. He began his career with Schlumberger and worked in the United Kingdom, France and the USA, including as Global Travel Manager. On the consulting side, Hammond led a team of airline and hotel consultants at Advito, the consultancy of BCD Travel, where he also led a policy writing and benchmarking practice. Previously, he also started is own consulting practice and developed technology to support air and hotel sourcing.

A serial entrepreneur, Steve Reynolds began working on his fourth startup, hotel rate shopping and analytics tool TRIPBAM, in 2012. He began his career in travel technology more than 30 years ago as a founding member of Competitive Technologies Inc., one of the first companies to provide managed travel technology tools to travel agencies and corporations. Later, he was a founding member of both Travel Technologies Group and TRX.   Reynolds currently serves as a volunteer board member of Baylor’s Technology Entrepreneurship Initiative and The BTN Group Advisory Board. In 2013 and 2015, Business Travel News named him one of the “25 Most Influential Executives in Travel.”  TRIPBAM in 2015 won the Battleground competition in the Phocuswright Travel Innovation Summit and in 2014 the company took the Business Travel Innovation Award at The BTN Group’s inaugural Innovate Conference.
