With almost 30 years in the meetings and hospitality industry, Nancy Rosenbaum, regional vice president for Experient, a Maritz Global Events Company, has been in the meetings and hospitality industry for almost 30 years. Her experience has taken her from an association in Alexandria, Va., where she caught the meeting planning bug, to 10 years at hotels including the Loews L’Enfant Plaza and followed by several Marriott properties. Rosenbaum was a charter employee at Cvent and then entered the convention and visitors bureau world, representing Pittsburgh, Palm Springs and Houston in their Washington, D.C., offices. In 2010, Nancy joined the third-party meeting planning world at Experient. She now feels her sole purpose is to educate and enable her planners create a successful long-lasting business.

Mary Guzman has been with Omni hotels for about 12 years and in her current position for 5 years, and is a member of PCMA and ASAE. Prior to joining Omni, Guzman was the office manager of one of the largest Psychiatric Medical practice in North Texas for 15 years. Raised on a dairy farm in rural Minnesota, she was taught the value of hard work, equal rights and commitment to a job well done at an early age. Developing meaningful relationships has been the foundation of nearly everything she has done. She is a single mother of three college-aged boys, and an avid golfer, reader and gardener. In her spare time, she has begun working with the homeless and near homeless through the North Texas Food Bank in conjunction with the Omni Hotels & Resorts’ community-service program, Say Goodnight to Hunger.
