Tony Barnes is a senior manager in the Crowe LLP Performance consulting business unit and is a leader in the global metals industry group. His experience includes operational and information technology consulting, including project management, business process design, and business process and technology implementation. Tony specializes in uncovering and delivering high-value solutions focused on revenue enhancement, operational improvement, risk mitigation, and asset utilization.

Jo Isenberg 

Jo Isenberg-O'Loughlin is a career-long trade journalist, editor and writer, who has spent more than four decades covering the steel, nonferrous metals and other process industries.

In her current position as executive editor of American Metal Market, a division of Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC, Jo is tapping the expertise gained over those years to go behind the headlines and analyze and interpret events of interest—and pivotal importance--to the metals supply chain. Recent projects include an ongoing series of exclusive, one-on-one Executive Interviews with high-profile players in the domestic steel, service center, ferrous scrap, and aluminum industries, “The Tom Graham Chronicles,” a two-disc video interview tracing the legendary career of a steel industry icon and a comprehensive look at the “new” Japanese steel industry. 

Prior to joining AMM as managing editor in March 2000, Jo held a variety of positions with major U.S. publishers including McGraw-Hill and Penton Media Inc. and has worked in a freelance capacity with organizations ranging from the American Management Association and the National Association of Manufacturers to the Japan Steel Information Center. She is the founding editor of American Metal Market magazine and has served as editor in chief and a contributing editor of 33 Metal Producing and written for publications ranging from Business Week and Buyside to corporate newsletters for clients including Union Carbide, Verizon, and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers.

Jo is the recipient of numerous Jesse H. Neal National Business Journalism Awards presented by American Business Media for editorial excellence.
