ESG Investing: Momentum builds toward the mainstream

Wed, Nov 14, 2018 2:01 PM EST{LOCAL_TZ}

Though it’s been around for decades, ESG investing is hitting its stride as more institutional asset owners seek to align their values with their investment strategy. Money managers are working with clients to educate them on definitions, process and reporting, and expanding beyond equities into other asset classes. But as the effort gathers steam, investors are grappling with spotty and inconsistent reporting of ESG factors by companies.

In this webinar, our panel will discuss the different facets of responsible investing, latest advances and the challenges investors face. Specifically, the panel will cover:

  • How ESG investing has changed over the last few years
  • What’s driving continued interest
  • Defining ESG, sustainable and responsible investing
  • ESG in asset classes beyond equities
  • Challenges that investors face
  • Engagement

In addition, the panel will take questions from the audience.
