Dawn Murray is a dynamic leader with 20 years’ experience in the payments industry. She came to a role as General Manager of Merchant Services at FIS in 2012 and was promoted to COO of Retail and Corporate Payments in 2016. She has extensive experience with building and leading award-winning teams in the payments space and maintains SME knowledge in all facets of Acquiring. Her most recent accomplishment includes her critical role in implementing a full, end to end acquiring platform at FIS. Dawn was named to Payments Source “2016 Most Influential Women in Payments” and she is a graduate of the University of Florida.
