Leveraging Digital Health Solutions in Research

This webinar will explore challenges and opportunities for accelerating biomedical research, development and commercialization through the use of digital health tools and solutions such as EULAs, wearables and mobile apps, telemedicine, and big data exchange and analytics. We will cover a range of evolving compliance issues surrounding these new approaches, such as privacy and security, human subject protection, and the FDA pre-market approval regime, and explore alternative compliance and contracting strategies for managing the risk while capturing the opportunity from the perspective of key stakeholders, such as sponsors, investigators, research sites and digital health developers.
