Bruno is a Sr. Product Line Manager with EXFO’s Service Assurance and Analytics group.  In this role, he leads the service analytics products strategy and roadmaps and defines go-to-market plans.

Bruno has held various technical and marketing positions in the Test and Monitoring industry and standard organizations.  He represented EXFO to many standard organizations including the MEF, OIF, ITU-T and Broadband Forum. He was editor of MEF 48 (SAT) and ITU-T Y.1564 (Service Activation Test Methodology).  He has authored or co-authored numerous white papers, application notes, magazine articles and technology reference guides and presented in many technology seminars and webinars.  Bruno holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the École de technologie supérieure in Montréal, Canada.

Luis Rodrigo Melo – Product Line Manager, FMA (Fiber Monitoring and Assurance), EXFO.
Mr. Melo is an Electronics and Telecom Engineer. He obtained his Fiber Optics Specialization in Calgary, Alberta. He has almost 15 years of experience in network monitoring solutions. He started at EXFO in 2008 as a Systems Engineer for Fiber Network Monitoring Solutions. Currently, he is a Product Line Manager for Fiber Monitoring and Assurance solutions. He is also a Cisco Certified Design Associate (CCDA).
