About the Speakers

Jennifer Steinke just took a new role as Vice President, Global Travel Experience, for WHoldings after managing   travel for Dycom Industries for a couple years. During nearly 30 years in corporate travel, she has managed travel for such companies as US Foods, Crowley Maritime and ITT Corp; worked for travel management companies; and for a travel technology firm. She is a frequent speaker and author on technology, data and industry trends. BTN earlier this year recognized her as a “Best Practitioner” for mobile travel strategies.

Tom Buoy has served as Executive Vice President of Revenue at Extended Stay America since October 2017, overseeing revenue management, sales and call center operations. Prior to this role, Buoy was Executive Vice President, Marketing and Revenue Management for one year. He served as Executive Vice President, Pricing and Revenue Optimization of the corporation from November 2013 to October 2016 and served in the same position at HVM LLC from August 2011 to November 2013. From 1999 to August 2011, Buoy held various positions with Morgans Hotel Group Co. (formerly Ian Schrager Hotels). He served as Senior Vice President of Customer Market and Revenue Management from 2007 to 2011, Senior Vice President of Distribution and Revenue Management from 2005 to 2007, Vice President of Distribution and Revenue Management from 2002 to 2005 and Corporate Director of Revenue Management from 1999 to 2002. Earlier in his career, Buoy served as a Manager in Ernst & Young’s Hospitality Services Group from 1997 to 1999.
