Tony Barnes is a senior manager in the Crowe Horwath LLP Performance consulting business unit and is a leader in the global metals industry group. His experience includes operational and information technology consulting, including project management, business process design, and business process and technology implementation. Tony specializes in uncovering and delivering high-value solutions focused on revenue enhancement, operational improvement, risk mitigation, and asset utilization.




Spencer Wicks is the Product Director for Metal Bulletin, the price reporting agency (PRA) and intelligence provider for the metal & mining markets. Spencer is responsible for the general management of the Metal Bulletin product and business. Spencer joined Metal Bulletin in June 2010. In his prior role, Spencer spent over five years as the International Publisher for Institutional Investor, the leading asset management publication, which is also owned by Euromoney Institutional Investor plc. Spencer has an M.A. and B.A. in Philosophy. He lives in Windsor, England with his wife and two sons.




Ken Major is a Manager in the Crowe Horwath LLP Risk Consulting Practice with 19 years of experience within information security operations, management and consulting. His operational experience has led him to excel in such roles as an information security officer for a credit union, as well as managing and directing an IT Security and Auditing practice for a professional services firm. Most recently, Mr. Major has led the development and implementation of a privacy and security risk management and compliance program for a 9bn international company.
