ESG investing – in one form or another – has been around for a long time but until recently, many investors considered it a secondary factor. Thanks to the work of asset owners, money managers and companies, ESG today is a major component of the fundamental research that goes into any sound investment strategy.

But there is still work to do. Integrating ESG factors into an existing portfolio – or specific sleeves of a portfolio – takes skill and deep understanding of new sources of ESG-related data across asset classes. This webinar will provide an up-to-date look at how investors are using ESG factors to create opportunities for better risk-adjusted returns.

Specifically, the panel will cover:

  • How managers are integrating ESG factors into their fundamental investment research
  • How managers are responding to asset owners’ demands for more ESG information
  • Applying ESG factors to non-traditional asset classes such as alternatives and real assets
  • ESG in emerging markets
  • What and who is behind the push for more ESG-related data from companies
  • What the 2-degree challenge means for asset owners

In addition, the panel will take questions from the audience.
