About the Speakers

Connie Smith is the Global Travel Manager for McCain Foods Limited, a privately owned global company operating across six continents, specializing in frozen foods. Smith has more than 18 years of travel industry experience and began her career working as a travel consultant for a multi-national travel management company. In 2011, Smith began working with McCain Foods tasked with the responsibility to implement both a global travel and corporate card program. In collaboration with several departments across McCain’s organization, she leads program supplier sourcing in all travel industry categories and maintains close relationships with suppliers & travel partners.

Norma Rohrbach has more than 25 years of experience in global travel procurement for several Fortune 500 companies in the financial, insurance and petroleum industries. In her current role as Senior Consultant for Areka Consulting, she works with clients in developing strategies, conducting RFPs and maximizing savings to increase traveler satisfaction. She is active with the Global Business Travel Association, having served on several committees at both national and local chapter level and is a past member of its foundation board.

Tim Daniel is Executive Vice President of medical and security assistance response organization International SOS. Daniel has more than 20 years of general management expertise in technology, professional services and product development and extensive experience living and working overseas, as well as supervising cross-cultural teams.

Mary Ann McNulty is Director of The BTN Group’s Content Solutions, which produces webinars, white papers, research and custom content. She has covered business travel and meetings for more than 25 years.
