About the Speakers

Shari Quackenbush manages the travel agency and travel technology programs globally, in procurement for IBM. Her career covers more than 30 years in the travel industry including more than 20 years specializing in corporate online travel products. Quackenbush also spent 17 years working for Travelport in Product Management. She is an active member of the Global Business Travel Association, serving on the Technology Committee.  She was honored as a GBTA Master in 2016.

Steve Clagg has worked at Microsoft for over 10 years, most of which was in product engineering, but in the last few years he has brought his technical background forward to the Microsoft corporate travel team. In his current role, Clagg drives technology strategies and projects for MSTravel, working with both internal and external partners to embrace innovation, explore disruptions, and deliver frictionless end-to-end travel experiences. His vision is to empower every one of the Microsoft business travelers to become more productive and happy.

Bev Heinritz is responsible for all major accounts and is the face of Dinova to both the corporate travel management segment and Dinova’s vibrant restaurant community as Vice President, Partner Relations. Heinritz is a seasoned travel executive with 25 years of expertise in B2B travel and customer success. Most recently she was Senior Vice President, Global Services and Support at Rearden Commerce (now Deem), where she had responsibility for the entire post-sales customer lifecycle. Prior to joining Rearden, Heinritz served as SVP/GM of GetThere, Sabre's online B2B e-commerce unit.
