Shippers spend an average of 53% of their logistics spend on transportation, according to the 2017 State of Logistics Outsourcing study. And with the rise in parcel volume, along with the ever-changing accessorial fee landscape, invoice accuracy can be a headache for shippers of all sizes. Is your invoice correct? Has a surcharge changed? Is there an additional charge for holiday shipments?

Shippers are looking for ways to better understand what they are being charged, how to minimize the amount of time and labor spent auditing bills, and how to choose the most economical shipper to support their business needs.

Come hear our panel of experts discuss:

  • Ways to improve billing accuracy
  • How to save money on shipping costs
  • Customer issues and positive ways to impact your bottom line
