About the Speakers

Rita Visser is Director of Global Travel Group Purchasing and Executive Travel Services for Oracle, one of the largest travel programs in the United States. A global travel management expert with 20 years of experience, Visser began her career on the travel agency side. She also serves on the board of directors and as vice president for the Global Business Travel Association.  

Madia Sargent is Global Travel, Meeting and Expense Services Director for CDK Global. With more than 25 years of experience in travel management, Sargent has worked on innovation and transformation of a number of leading travel programs during her career, including at Whirlpool Corp., Kraft Foods, US Foods and Brunswick Corp. On the supplier side, she was a strategic account manager for Carlson Wagonlit Travel and BCD Travel. Business Travel News in 2011 named her one of its Top 25 Most Influential Executives in Business Travel. In 2014, Sargent won the buyer Innovation Award for a technology integration at The BTN Group’s inaugural Innovate Conference.

Ian Kahn is a Partner in PwC’s Salesforce practice with responsibility for the Consumer Markets business and for the Customer eXperience Innovation Team (CXIT), which focuses on the development of cutting edge solutions that extend the capabilities of the Salesforce platform to solve complex problems for our clients. He collaborates with clients to create executive level business case propositions that shape, accelerate, and convert strategic cloud transformation programs spanning sales, service, marketing, communities, platform, mobile, analytics, and core industry processes.

Mary Ann McNulty is Director of The BTN Group’s Content Solutions, which produces webinars, white papers, research and custom content.
