About the Speakers

Carey Pascoe is a Corporate Travel Manager with over 20 years of experience, currently as Senior Travel Manager, Corporate Procurement, with Dolby Laboratories Inc., based in San Francisco. Previously, she managed the onsite travel program at Visa Inc. for BCD Travel and held consultative roles in the travel industry for travel management companies and AQUA Software.

Rosemary E. Maloney has worked in travel and procurement for the past 10 years, with her most recent position being the Senior Manager, Global Travel of Coach. She has built her travel program administration by developing policy, driving savings and focusing on vendor relationship management. Previously, she has worked at Egencia, IAC and the United Nations. Rosemary holds a MBA from Fordham University and also earned the Global Travel Professional Certification. She serves as the vice president of the NYCBTA, a member of GBTA Ladders, and is an active member of WINiT.

Will Tate, Partner at GoldSpring Consulting, has more than 25 years of business process improvement experience in both financial account and travel management systems. A certified public accountant, as well as a travel management consultant, Tate spent 15 years with Dresser Industries, capping them as Global Travel Manager. He pioneered two separate measurement tools to quantify the effectiveness of travel management programs. He also has served on many industry boards, and currently serves on the BTN Group Advisory Board.

Mary Ann McNulty is Director of The BTN Group’s Content Solutions, which produces webinars, white papers, research and custom content. She has covered business travel and meetings for more than 25 years. Her work has appeared in Business Travel News, Travel Procurement, The Beat, Corporate Travel and Meeting News, as well as on conference stages and webinars.
