Despite a decrease in First-Class mail volume, the volume and cost to process returned mail increased in 2016. Returned mail negatively impacts your business from mail center operations to your revenue bottom line. Undeliverable-As-Addressed (UAA) mail damages productivity, profitability, and customer relationships. Fixing database errors by hand is an expensive, error-prone process. Managing manual processes to correct your UAA issues is costly and time-consuming.

Attend this session and learn how to turn physical returned mail into deliverable mail and positively impact your business. Topics will include:
• The common issues that mailers are experiencing with UAA mail
• The widespread impact UAA mail has on departments across a business
• Ways to automate and streamline the manual process of updating addresses and improve mail deliverability by up to 60%
• Insights on how addressing this problem helps improve your bottom line.

Join Jane Sinkko and Jeff Stangle on Tuesday, July 11th at 2:00 PM EST to learn how automation can answer the UAA problem.
