About the Speakers

As a Corporate Travel Supplier Manager in Supply Chain Management for General Dynamics Mission Systems, Alicia Kruse’s main role currently focuses on hotel, air, meeting and event categories, while supporting agency and ground programs. She is responsible for the contract compliance and on-going supplier management with GD preferred vendors. She will celebrate her 7th year with General Dynamics Mission Systems this year and began her career with the State of Arizona Department of Administration Procurement Office as a Senior Procurement Officer soliciting, awarding and managing government contracts.

Leslie Miller is a Senior Specialist, Travel & Meetings for Eli Lilly and Company. Passionate about the industry, she enjoys identifying opportunities that are financially beneficial to the organization while adding value and convenience for Lilly travelers. She manages projects in categories not typically managed by a third-party travel management and meetings group. Her strengths and background in operations and vendor management have been vital during implementations, and she understand the importance of collaborating with suppliers when developing strategy and then executing it.  

As Manager, Global Travel/Meetings, Financial Shared Services, at Meritor Inc., Jack Reynaert manages a Travel team that services all global operations in 19 countries. Michigan-based Meritor is a leading global supplier of drivetrain, mobility, braking and aftermarket solutions for commercial vehicle and industrial markets. Meritor’s Travel Team has fully integrated the travel bookings, vendor relations, expense tool direct management/technology interfaces, global corporate credit card, meetings management, and corporate jet operations/sub-charters. Following in the footsteps of his father and mentor (Ford Motor’s travel manager for 42 year), Reynaert is a 39-year travel industry veteran who has managed corporate travel for half of his career at three companies. He also has worked on the supplier side at airlines, a travel management company, rental car firm and global distribution system.

As Vice President of Partner Relations, Bev Heinritz is responsible for maintaining relationships with Dinova’s corporate clients and helping them maximize savings. She also is the face of Dinova to the vibrant restaurant community. Heinritz has more than 25 years of expertise helping corporations implement and drive success with business-to-business travel applications from Rearden Commerce, GetThere, Sabre Business Travel Solutions and Sabre Holdings.
