About the Panelists

Nic Lanzo is Category Lead – Travel & Fleet for the Enterprise Sourcing organization of McKesson Corporation, a healthcare services and information technology company that is currently ranked 5th on the Fortune 500 list. He joined McKesson two years ago after holding a number of procurement operations positions, including purchasing system implementation, master data management, procurement finance, and procurement project management.

Jan T. Jacobsen joined AIG in February 2016 as Global Accommodation Manager after having worked with the company as a consultant since 2013. Based in London, he manages AIG’s Global Accommodation Programmes for Hotels, Aparthotels and Serviced Apartments, responsible for sourcing, negotiation and implementation. He has 25 years of experience in the hospitality and travel industries, Prior to moving in to the role of a corporate buyer in 2010, he was regional director for the European marketplace for a U.S.-based hotel group.

Neil Hammond joined GoldSpring Consulting LLC as a partner in 2014 with 15 years of experience in the travel industry as a buyer and consultant. During his career, he served as Global Travel Manager for Schlumberger, where he implemented a $360 million travel program in 40 countries. As a consultant at Advito, Hammond worked on air and hotel sourcing prior to founding his own company. In 2013, he founded a consulting firm and developed technology (since acquired by GoldSpring) to support sourcing projects for corporate air and hotel programs.

Steve Reynolds is founder and CEO of TRIPBAM, a Dallas-based hotel shopping startup envisioned in 2013. A serial entrepreneur, Reynolds began his career in travel technology nearly 30 years, and four startups ago. He also volunteers as a board member of Baylor’s Technology Entrepreneurship Initiative, The BTN Group Advisory Board and Texas A&M Startup Initiative. Reynolds in both 2013 and 2015 was named by Business Travel News as one of the “25 Most Influential in Business Travel.”
