Mood Changes in MS and Wellness Interventions

Presenter: Dawn Ehde, PhD. Dr. Ehde is a clinical psychologist and professor of rehabilitation medicine in the Division of Clinical and Neuropsychology at the University of Washington.

The prevalence of depression, anxiety and stress in this population and its impact on quality of life and the disease itself has become increasingly evident. Dr. Ehde will review self-management strategies to help maintain or enhance emotional well-being and discuss the roles that depression, anxiety, other mood changes and stress play in MS.
