She strives to push the boundaries of status quo to tie travel management to business strategy.

Duane Goucher, Director, Travel, Entertainment & Expense, Allstate

Duane joined Allstate in 2012 as Director of Travel, Entertainment & Expense, and has worked to transform the company’s travel, corporate card and expense programs. Prior to Allstate, Duane was Director Client Services for American Express Business Travel, where his team managed a portfolio of global corporations. Duane also held executive positions at Carlson Wagonlit Leisure Group, Eastern Airlines, System One/Amadeus and Continental Airlines.

Margaret Brady, Seapark Consulting

Margaret Brady, Principle for Seapark Consulting, is a recognized business and technology transformational leader in managed travel. Margaret believes good travel management is built on good data and by aligning travel to strategic business objectives. She has chronicled innovation in T&E global procurement, strategy, and leadership encompassing agency, airline, hotel, rental car, online, expense, corporate card and meetings and events. She has managed travel and meetings for Grant Thornton, Uber Technologies and A.T. Kearny. Margaret founded Seapark Consulting in 2016.

Elizabeth West, Editor-in-Chief, BTN Group

Elizabeth is the Editor-in-Chief of Business Travel News and Travel Procurement magazines. She has researched and reported on the and business travel and meetings industries for 15 years. She has developed online education forums for business travel and meetings managers, and frequently moderates education sessions at industry conferences.
