Lance Williams joined ON Semiconductor in 2004 and currently leads the company’s worldwide automotive marketing strategy and OEM development activities. He brings more than 39 years of semiconductor and electronics industry experience to this position. Prior to this current position, Lance led ON Semiconductor’s Global Automotive Sales organization. Before joining ON Semiconductor, he spent the majority of his career with Motorola/Freescale in a variety of sales and management positions, including: VP and Sales Director of North American Automotive, VP and Sales Director for Delphi/Delco Automotive, Director of EMSI, and Regional Geographic Sales Manager.
