As automotive technology advances, so do the number and complexity of electronically controlled “safety critical” functions inside of a car. These functions include: front lighting, ADAS, viewing, electronic power steering, and rear lighting to name a few. The challenge and risk that all designers face is that of a critical failure occurring and safety critical functions not working as intended.

This 60-minute webinar will discuss the relevant quality standards as well as detailed ASIL failure ratings and solutions to mitigate these challenges. An audience Q&A will follow the technical presentation.
