For most acquisition transactions integration is always a challenge, and it ultimately determines the overall success of the deal. If a transaction closes and the buyer cannot fully realize the synergies and other expected benefits of the acquisition due to poor integration planning and execution, the combined company's performance suffers and the long-term (and perhaps short-term) value of the deal may be lost.

Join Practical Law for a free 45-minute webinar where our presenters will share practical insights relating to post-closing integration matters, including:

  • Development of an integration plan.
  • Critical actions and tasks in preparing for Day One.
  • Best practices for an effective integration process.

A short Q&A session will follow.
