Refreshed and inspired employees can be more highly motivated and productive. This webinar will present strategies and tactics for re-focusing and re-directing employees to be the best they can when interacting with you, other employees and customers.

In this one-hour webinar, Dr. Behe will outline some important employee training information for you to review with them along with suggesting some new tactics to keep the conversation with customers and other employees constructive.

Dr. Behe will talk about some of the different types of information that management needs to collect, share and revise to keep the employees focused to produce the desired outcomes and keep everyone “on the same page.”

Dr. Bridget Behe, Professor, Department of Horticulture, Michigan State University

Dr. Behe is currently a Professor of Horticulture at Michigan State University. She teaches courses on marketing and management for horticulture majors. Bridget has conducted nearly 100 consumer & market research projects on horticultural products, both edible and ornamental. She has written more than 500 publications in the trade press and peer-reviewed journals. She joined Michigan State’s faculty in August, 1997, after serving on the faculty at Auburn University (Alabama) for 8 years.

Bridget earned degrees from Penn State University (Ph.D. Horticulture, B.S. Horticulture, B.S. Agricultural Education) and The Ohio State University (M.S. Horticulture). Each year, she speaks to professionals and industry groups nationally and internationally. She writes articles for the OFA Bulletin and several other trade magazines. She was co-chair of the OFA Garden Center Committee for several years and now serves on their Marketing Committee. In 2013, she was awarded the National Service Award by the Michigan Floral Association and, in 2012, was named the Outstanding Established Teacher in the College of Agriculture.
