Rich has a proven ability to understand customer challenges and then help guide them to solutions that have a significant impact on their business. Rich joined Retrotech in 2009 and has served in a variety of sales leadership positions.
Prior to joining Retrotech, Lanpheare began his career in the United States Navy. After serving in the Navy, he began working as a Field Service Engineer and quickly advanced into Customer Service/WCS Sales, and was ultimately promoted to the position of Regional Director of Sales and later invested in a small software firm and ran a small business for several years.
Timothy N. Nguyen P.E. - Regional Vice President, ESI Group USA
Mr. Nguyen has over 25 years experience related to food industry design and construction. His specific area of expertise includes low temperature controlled climate envelopes, refrigeration systems, and energy management systems. His specific projects have included clients such as; Smithfield Foods, Dannon Yogurt, Nestle, Conagra, Sysco Foods, US Foods, UNFI, and PFG.
Mr. Nguyen has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and has worked in areas of research and development, product engineering, and applications engineering for OEM, A/E firms, and contracting firms.
