Matt Kramer, Director of 3PL and New Market Sales Initiatives
Matt Kramer is the Director of 3PL and New Market Sales Initiatives with Vocollect, the world leader in voice solutions for mobile workers. In this role, he is responsible for the development and execution of strategy for the third party logistics (3PL) marketplace in North America.
Matt's career spans more than 20 years of executive supply chain experience with proficiency in sales, strategic planning, and implementation. Prior to joining Vocollect, Matt served as Vice President of Enterprise Sales for PEAK Technologies, a systems integrator of supply chain automation and inventory management solutions. In this role, he was responsible for overall field sales in North America, Europe, and Mexico.
Throughout his career, Matt has successfully advised leading supply chain logistic providers such as Menlo Worldwide, UTi Worldwide, Exel, New Breed Logistics, DSC Logistics, GENCO ATC, YUSEN LOGISTICS (AMERICAS), Penske, APL and Kane Is Able on how to achieve greater performance results.
Ray Smith, Senior Vice President of Design Solutions
In his role, Ray leads one of the most progressive groups of logistics leaders in the nation ranked consistently in the top 25 in the nation. Recently ranked a Top 100 3PL by Food Logistics Magazine and Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Company, Trinity Logistics is a powerhouse of freight solutions. With extensive logistics management knowledge, his team provides logistics solutions to a broad variety of companies from small to the very large multinational based organizations. Leveraging Trinity Logistics' strength in transportation and freight arrangement, Ray's core focus is on, the creation of strategic partnerships, the individual shipper, and the customer; to identify core areas for process improvement and working to help implement efficiencies, risk management, and cost savings. Prior to joining Trinity, Ray was in senior management and was a pioneer for the deployment of the new prototype "Big Box" locations for Lowes Home Centers, a career spanning 15 years in leadership, project management, operations and building supply expertise. In addition Ray is very involved in public speaking, delivering motivational, leadership, and industry related topics with energy and passion.
